Established in 2008, Cento Coffee has cultivated a dedicated following that regularly dines at one of its two locations in San Francisco. This coffee shop is known by coffee lovers as a key player in the current thriving specialty coffee scene in the Bay Area. In 2015, owner John Quintos teamed up with Alex Roberts, a master roaster, to debut the Cento Coffee Brand, which resulted in the creation of three different unique blends: African Presence, Clutch, and Slow Jam. SPRO coffee lab is a single trailer located in Mission Bay’s food truck park known as SPARK Social SF. However, don’t be fooled by the food trailer aesthetic.
